1. Who are you, how old are you, and so forth.

Please refer to my Profile.

2. Are you currently taking in any commissions? If so, what are your prices?

Personal commissions are currently open. I will be post more information later on as to what I do for commissions as well as price estimates.

Regarding personal commissions and work opportunities, I can be contacted here.

3. Do you take requests for your art?

No. It’s not something I mind doing, but it’s also something I can not do at the moment.

4. I like your artwork, and I really want to use it.

I’m not particularly anal about other people using my artwork, but I do have a few conditions:

i) DO NOT REMOVE THE WATERMARK. I can’t stress how important this is. There is a reason I put one there in the first place. It provides clear and proper credit to me as the artist. By erasing the watermark, you are stealing my artwork. On another note, all artwork posted on Xephyrium are protected under the Creative Commons License.

ii) Do not edit (stretch, distort, etc.) my artwork. I will exaggerate the use of watermarks if forced to.

iii) Personal, non-commercial, and non-profit use of my artwork only. Printing out my artwork to decorate your room or whatever is fine; using my work for references is also fine. It’s only not fine when people remove my signature (refer to i)), claimed to have created my artwork but obviously didn’t, or selling my work for their own profit. At that point, you’re pretty much trying to pick a fight with me, and provoking me to become crass and contemptuous towards you.

If you’re still unsure whether you can use my art or not, then email me by all means. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have. 🙂

5. Can I use your characters for my stories?

Please don’t. As peculiar as it may sound, I am very emotionally attached to all my characters. Each of them have their own personal story as well, and because of this, I don’t want them to be used by others.
